A book with a lot of characters with confusing names but still very interesting. The book was an OK read just a little long.
Tthe book was okay with some minor plot twists, not tremendously unpredictable.
DH has penned a western with numerous plots. The plots themselves are not confusing, but the people involved are deceptive to a point of danger.The Gold used to start the ranch was stolen from the BAD just before the end of the war. It disappeared. Two ranchers were having difficulty with rustler when the large ranch next to them had no problems. The two detectives arrive on the scene and eventually gather enough information about the good and bad guys. This is an excellent read for the genre.....DEHS

The characters were well developed and believable. Enjoyed reading this novel.
Start to finish an exciting book. I liked the plot and the heros.
Dont know if I would be very interesting in this author again. Uses a lot of Spanish language and only one person in the book is Mexican. Needs to do a little more research on his projectd. Course, hes British and this explains a lot.
